Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Training Manager in supervising and implementing various training programs
- Communicate closely with employees at all levels to identify training needs
- Review and update training content and materials regularly
- Prepare training materials and coordinate with different parties for training programs
- Conduct training activities including classroom trainings, on-site guidance and briefings, etc.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiate modification as needed
- Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of training experience gained from sizable companies in retail/F&B industry
- An outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in written Chinese and English
- Good analytical, problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
- Immediate available is preferable
* Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Training Officer
