Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Training Manager in supervising and implementing various training programs
  • Communicate closely with employees at all levels to identify training needs
  • Review and update training content and materials regularly
  • Prepare training materials and coordinate with different parties for training programs
  • Conduct training activities including classroom trainings, on-site guidance and briefings, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiate modification as needed
  • Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of training experience gained from sizable companies in retail/F&B industry
  • An outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in written Chinese and English
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, time management and decision-making skills
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Immediate available is preferable
* Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Training Officer
