Job Description

Participating in training design, develop, deliver, implement, and maintain training programs to ensure the training to meet the business objectives for different frontlines units with Service & Operations Department.

Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and arrange appropriate training.
  • Conduct quality training activities to meet the training objectives with appropriate contents, activities and methods.
  • Responsible for participating in training design, develop, deliver, implementation and Evaluation.
  • Support the development of digital learning platform for all staff, such as video learning, knowledge library and etc.

Training Administration

  • Coordinate with frontlines units to arrange appropriate training.
  • Support the CPD courses registration.
  • Maintain new employees’ record, training schedule, new staff orientation and engagement program.
  • Responsible to design and execute the training quality & control.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience of which 2 years in supervisory position.
  • Hands-on experience in training.
  • Basic insurance and pension knowledge would be an advantage.
