Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for implementing corporate training programs
  • To handle GE and TA Programs
  • To assist in developing and delivering training programs and solutions 
  • To prepare management reports and analysis

Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 / 7 years' solid experience in Training and Development field, preferably in construction or sizable firms 
  • Be able to develop rapport with different levels in a fast-paced work environments
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised, detail-minded and outgoing
