Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for implementing corporate training programs
- To handle GE and TA Programs
- To assist in developing and delivering training programs and solutions
- To prepare management reports and analysis
Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 6 / 7 years' solid experience in Training and Development field, preferably in construction or sizable firms
- Be able to develop rapport with different levels in a fast-paced work environments
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised, detail-minded and outgoing
