Responsibilities

• As a member of a global treasury operations team to assist in arranging fund raising to finance acquisitions and/or business operation and/ or expansion by means of from bank debt to equity finance solutions
• Build financial models for financing activities and investment, conduct financial analysis and provide support to financing and investment decisions
• Develop and manage bank relationships including ongoing compliance obligations required
• Adhere to corporate governance/ internal control compliance
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• A recognized Degree in accounting, finance, law or related disciplines
• At least 6 years relevant corporate treasury and finance working experience
• Strong relationship with bankers, proven experience in deal with Chinese Banks and financial institutions
• Familiar with cash management, corporate lending, corporate finance and financial analysis
• Understanding of treasury markets, products and operations is a definite asset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
