We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Services Manager.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Services Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist the Trust Services Manager to administer a growing number of accounts by providing quality trust services to clients and maintain existing client portfolio
- Participate in the implementation of marketing programmes as well as compliance or procedure related enhancement projects for continuous improvement in business efficiency
- Prepare relevant trust documents relating to the daily trust client services
- Perform the trustee administration work and ensure compliance with the Group policy and procedure in order to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, OR a professional qualification in Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) an advantage
- Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration work gained with a major bank trustee or accounting firm
- Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
- Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of application software
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
