Job Description
Private Banking and Trust Services 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • Assist the Trust Services Manager to administer a growing number of accounts by providing quality trust services to clients and maintain existing client portfolio
  • Participate in the implementation of marketing programmes as well as compliance or procedure related enhancement projects for continuous improvement in business efficiency
  • Prepare relevant trust documents relating to the daily trust client services
  • Perform the trustee administration work and ensure compliance with the Group policy and procedure in order to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, OR a professional qualification in Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration work gained with a major bank trustee or accounting firm
  • Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
  • Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  • Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of application software
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
