• Follow up and check on the good implementation and understanding of VM guidelines and maintenance.

• Report on local needs, competitors and progress in order to constantly focus on enhancing the quality of VM in store.

• Suggest ways to improve or elevate the standards based on local practice.

• Conduct regular store visit for market and report on your observations for quick action.

• Coordinate with vendors on props, seasonal installation, etc.

• Provide training for store staff on VM maintenance

• Any ad-hoc job duties

Requirement：

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or related disciple

• 5 years or above hands-on experience in fashion retail visual merchandising. Exposure on luxury fashion is highly preferred

• Business orientated, independent thinker and self-motivator

• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills

• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
