Responsibilities: 

• Implement annual plans of the department on general banking product development, and management to achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives and meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each year
• Assist in formulating strategies to drive the product development and product growth, including IT project on system development and enhancement of new product or product revamp, as well as process streamlining to enhance customer experience
• Liaise with product providers to facilitate launch of new products / revamp of existing products on shelf (e.g. Faster Payment System), gather product information, and other supports such as training
• Perform product due diligence for new products and existing products
• Perform UAT on general banking and deposit products
• Work closely with regulators to ensure all procedures and product due diligences are up to latest regulatory standards and internal policies
• Monitor and perform detailed analysis on general banking products results to evaluate performance
• Conduct training on new products for branches and sales teams
• Liaise with Marketing team on marketing promotion of relevant general banking products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in business related disciplines
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience in general banking products.
• Good analytical skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Creative, independent, strongly motivated by achieving quality results, high level of initiative & energy
• Strong PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
