Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation and management of distribution activities
• Maintain the accurate and up-to-date stock & inventory records
• Drive the culture and ensure maintenance of environmental, health and safety 
• Lead, supervise and motivate the operation team; also provide trainings to new joiners
• Ensure close follow-up by warehouse staffs of specific customer procedures
• Management administration of the warehouse
• Prepare regular reports to Logistics Manager or Management level

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma in Logistics Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years or above solid experience in logistics or trading company
• Good in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Experience with WMS for inventory control
• Excellent in PC Knowledge: MS Office application, Good in Excel & PowerPoint would be advantage
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skills
• Work Location : Fo Tan
