Location: France - Montrottier JOB SUMMARY: En tant qu' Assistant(e) Service Client, vous êtes l'interface client de la commande jusqu'à la livraison JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Réception des prévisions, corrélation avec les commandes avant transmission à l’ordonnancement Revue des commandes et corrélation avec l’offre de prix en cours de validité Saisie des commandes clients Suivi des plannings de fabrication et communication des délais avec les clients Communication avec le planning et la production Etablissement du planning d’expédition Déclenchement des expéditions Déclenchement des facturations et suivi des litiges Assistance aux commerciaux Gestion des documents douaniers lorsque nécessaire Constitution et maintien d’un dossier justifiant l’exonération de TVA à l’export Consolidation des preuves de livraisons Surveillance et analyse de l’OTD des clients Suivi et mise à jour des comptes clients sur SAP lorsque nécessaire Suivi et mise à jour des incoterms liés aux livraisons clients. #LI-JN1 Qualifications Qualifications: Vous possédez un BAC +3 mais nous restons ouverts à toute candidature pertinente Vous avez déjà plusieurs années d'expérience en service client et relations commerciales, idéallement dans un environnement international. Nous restons cependant attentifs à des profils moins expérimentés avec une afinité pour la relation client. Excellent niveau de communication Anglais courant.
