§Bachelor degree or above in relevant engineering discipline, Engineering certificate or assistant engineer certificate(>2 years)

§Minimum relevant work experience of 3~5 years in process and /or plant design area , for low to medium or medium complexity project

§Of which, Minimum of 2 years' of related working experiences in project technical and/or document management.

§Preferable with international engineering execution experience

§Practical experience with MS Office,AutoCAD, and customized IT-programs.

§Knowledge about EDMS Electronic Document Management System (preferable Documentum)

§Knowledge in version management, document distribution, document review ,group and final documentation

§Knowledge for IMS workflow of project execution ,in/output planning ,schedule and milestone in project

§Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

§Formulate for best practices and solutions(e.g: MOM,virtual PPT)

§Good facilitation, interpersonal , teamwork spirit and communication skills both written and oral.

§Fluent in English

§Implementation and execution of project procedures for document management.

§Control, distribute, consolidate and maintain internal and external document deliverables

§Distribution of electronic and paper distribution of document

§Control and complete electronic attributes

§Control of document quality (layout, legibility, format)

§Control of document schedules for suppliers

§Set up and control document review cycles

§Compilation of group and final documentation

§Reporting the status of review cycles and document schedules

§General technical specification and others general documents preparation

§Support for coordination technical interface problems among disciplines and with external

§Archiving of documentation
