Assistant for Producer (freelancer of 3 month )
your profile:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
-good in work planning and work coordination
-good skills in communication and multi-cultural environment
- Is familiar with Taobao
- Is willing to work on all kind of tasks as a producer with demanding hours (including weekends)
- handle well work under pressure and tight timelines

Your mission:
- As an assistant to producer and production designer you will primarily be tasked to assist lead producer on the project and to coordinate and manage the daily works of Mirage Makers team members (Designers, engineers and production) on work coordination, accounting, booking, ordering, translation, etc.
- You will be tasked to ensure smooth communication between Mirage Makers team members and its clients, partners and suppliers. Planification and follow ups on a daily basis will be mandatory to achieve multiple targets within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge on creative process, work production and factory environment is a plus
