We are now looking for an Assistant Process Engineer for UPM Raflatac. This position will be located in Changshu, China.

What you will do

• Optimize, develop and improve coating process and products quality
• Conduct process capability studies, design experiments, and analyze to ensure products meet requirements
• Work with suppliers to continuously improve raw material quality
• Participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement
• Assist maintenance and keep machine in good shape
• Create process documentation in accordance with ISO requirements
• Backup daily all files and recorders on the file servers
• Use the lean way to coaching leaders and operators about new processes and equipment

Who you are

• You have bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• You have at least 2 years’ related working experience
• You are professional in continual improvement methodologies
• You are fluent in both English and Chinese
