Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic assistant to business development manager who are eager to be a part of our international team.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Successful experience in sales or business development in IT or e-commerce will be an advantage
- Experience in negotiations
- Good ability for online searching.
- Great communication skills on the phone.
- Good paper work experience.
- Native Chinese (OBLIGATORY)
Responsibilities:
- The primary role of this person is to find new clients
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Client Retention
- Add Deals and Agreement in Bitrix, and help BDM to negotiate with other departments and clients.
