Job Description

1. Follow up of BL implementations of strategies.

2. Process management of various projects.

3. Sales effectiveness and effiency program follow up.

4. Perform marketing tasks such as exhibitions or seminars in line with requirements.

5. Full admin. support to GM, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality at all times.

6. Effective coordination of meetings, appointments, travel, conferences for GM and resolving of conflicts in the schedule.

7. Routine admin. support with e-mails, agendas and meeting minutes, including independent responses to routine correspondence.

8. Internal and external communication with employees, the local /global management team, customer and supplier representatives as well as the general public, including newsletters, announcements, reports, minutes of meeting.

9. Admin. assignements that involve judgment and decision-making, eg. design od office procedure.

10. Anticipation of the needs of GM, so as to make him more efficient and effective.


职位要求:

1. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Maandarin.

2. Knowledge of travel policies and practice with hotels, airelines etc.

3. Gighly proficient with Microsoft Office.

4. Basic mathematical computation and record-keeping.

5. Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
