Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager to do the work plan summary, and arrange meetings
2. Assist the general manager of the company's business expansion
3. Assist the general manager of the master schedule and appointments to complete the work
4. Help formulate long-term development strategy and to determine the production company, business objectives
5. Assist the implementation the general manager of the company's various departments management strategy and to ensure the efficient functioning of the state it is in
6. Establish good working relationships between the general manager and customers and be responsible for the organization and conduct of the business in making important guest reception arrangements and important meetings.
7. Organize and coordinate the company annual meetings, staff activities, responsible for outreach work.


Qualifications:
1. Language fluency: Fluent English,fluent in Chinese
2. Hard working and Flexible (Travelling is involved)


Work Hours:from Monday to Friday
