Our school is looking for a Assistant to High School Head / IBDP Coordinator who is confident in their ability to engage with and inspire pupils to achieve their best.

1. Bachelor degree or above. Appropriate University Degree in the subject(s) and Teaching Certification.

2. With at least 3 years of IBDP Coordinator experience. A good working knowledge of recent IBDP procedures and policies. An excellent classroom practitioner, with at least 5 years teaching experience. The ideal candidate would have experience of the IBDP accreditation process.

3. Have received IB training, Eligible for being an IBDP coordinator.

4. Have excellent organizational and communication skills. With exceptional management skills that will allow the candidate to innovate, motivate and develop a growing department. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail while understanding when to delegate.

5. Have the necessary skills needed to develop a working and harmonious relationship with parents.

6. The ideal candidate will be a team developer, with an international outlook while at the same time being sensitive to the local environment.
