Job Description
§1 year experience for Import &export trade handling and/or purchasing experiences.
§Experience in handling (demanding) suppliers
§Experience in handling export procedure
§Distinctive communication skills and cooperation/team work spirit
§Basic knowledge for discipline specific IT Tools /software/MS Office.
§Fluent and professional written and spoken English
General Tasks
§Daily administration work for Department
- Review, check, submit and transfer a variety of applications, documents and sheets for Department employees
- Summit Purchase order to management for signature and return to respective purchasers
- Monthly report - saving report, CATS report, audits number summary etc.
§ Supplier administration tasks
- Setup supplier SAP number in system and apply for formal SAP number from SAP Adm. team in Headquarter.
- Fill-in and update supplier information in SAP. Maintain and update supplier information in Department server
- Supplier qualification document archive and management
§Support on export trading procedure and document preparation
- Support to trading manager for export procedure and handling such as document preparation, custom clearance, book shipping, tax refund coordination etc.
- Support on daily business operation issues related to LEH trading company.
§ Indirect Material (non-project related) purchasing within PC China scope
