Introduction

The assistant of VP Sales team will be based in head office, Shanghai and will help the Vice President to raise awareness, accelerate sales, and have a closer relationship with key European accounts in the industry. The assistant will help to improve the frequent communication and will coordinate the future large scale solar product supply such as a Project Manager. European language skills are very important for this role.

Responsibilities
-Provide support to the Sales Vice President to accelerate the communication with new and past Solar Modules Stakeholder. This will include CRM data mining and analysis for few countries, launch contact or maintain contact with main clients and solar asset management companies, diffuse information about the company on a weekly base on social media, organize conference call with SMS and on later stage, take part in visit and meetings with potential clients.
-Involve in the development of closer relation with oversea sales consultant, oversea strategic partners and become the link between factory sales consultant and targeted potential client.
-Develop and implement communication to create awareness about Renesola Solar module products, technology, bankability (Phone, email,, social media ), success sales.
-Prepare visit and participation to conferences and forums (4 per year).
-Defuse, inform the development of new or improved products and/or services to technical advisors, investors and developers of the region, including on some social media.
-Participate in on-site production visits with key clients.
-Handle the visit agenda of the Vice president & Sales Consultant before his visit to the region

Position Requirements
-The Assistant will be a native European with experience in cold calls or logistics.
-Bachelor degree with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred
-Spanish or Dutch language is mandatory and Mandarin above HSK level 2
-Experience in Sales or logistic field will be added advantage
-Passion for working in the solar sector and focus on long-term goals
-Proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint
-Active on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook etc
-Self-starter with strong self-motivation and result-oriented approach with hands-on execution capability
