This role is to join our international business sales team. Our sales are mainly between UK and China in floor covering and ecommerce industries.
You will be working in the Shanghai office and reporting to the Sales Manager, You will be responsible for assisting to developing new business and managing logistics between UK and China. You will be given some essential product training.
 
Duties:
Caring for existing Customers
* To maintain & assist to ensure import and export documentation for the containers in and out of the UK. Ensure goods are cleared through customs using forwarding agent and supplied to the agreed point of delivery
* To help assist customers enquiries on time and develop a close working relationship with new customers to meet their needs wherever possible
*Identify opportunities for continuous sales from the daily work
* Be able to use the main web sites to market the products both in the UK and China
Actively Seek New Sales Lead
* To actively search for new accounts via different search methods, i.e. Google keywords in the UK flooring sector
* To help identify potential sales opportunities in the market by email exchange, new customer targets and new product areas
* To understand the business and culture between UK and China
