Job Summary In charge of payroll of 250 employees. Job Responsibilities Time management system support Standardization of HR processes and rules' Payroll: coordination with the third party, in charge of variable element of the payroll, 1st approver of payroll accuracy of data in time management system, HRDA Contract and addendum supervisor Employee and manager contact Support of HRM in HR project Support of local HR with temporary workers management In charge of canteen voucher Main contact for Health insurance and sick leave follows up coordination of HRS for different topic including medical visite, contract and data accuracy. Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bac+2. Years and area of experience required: 10. Technical Knowledge: Payroll, French laws, Kelio Bodet. Soft skills: rigor, good listener.
