Main purpose of the job / Mission岗位 / 任务 目标:

The PureSOx scrubber solution for marine applications has been developped by Alfa Laval to help the marine industry to comply with sulphur emission limits. Demand for the PureSox is growing fast. To provide service to yards and ship owners, a team of site support and commissioning engineers will be formed with base in Shanghai, teaming up with colleagues in Japan and South-Korea. The Assistant Coordinator will report to the Service Coordinator. Main purpose is to handle all the adminstrative tasks, such as time reports of the engineers, use and replacement of spare parts, claims and travel/lodging where needed to the team of engineers and various office assistant task.

Key tasks主要工作职责:

• Assists in planning and organising site support, commissioning and warranty requests, including the arrangement with customers and/or agents as well as travel and lodging;

• Keeps administration of used spare parts and maintains stock;

• Coordinates the necessary other materials;

• Administers the worked hours of the team of Site Support and Commissioning Engineers

• Forwards copy of the reports to relevant parts of the organization;

• Arranges transport, documents and permissions.

Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job 岗位所需技能、经验及态度:

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of administrative tasks;

• Around 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• 3 Year college graduation in relevant direction;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.

• Service minded and customer oriented;

• Excellent communicator and team worker;

• Able to display a high level of trust, reliability and most importantly, confidentiality;

• Target oriented, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
