BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. In charge of promote all product lines special ADI & SIMCom & MCHP & Bourns etc in Xiamen.

2. In charge of expend new customers and business for XMO.

3. Set up KPI & market Strategy then take corresponding action so achieve Sales Goal per year.

4. Build relationship with Principle&customers and have leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5+ years working experience in IC distribute channel;

2. Working experience in Sales role gained from IC distributors or suppliers;

3. CET-4 or above;

4. Good at prioritizing and organizing.

5. Good communication skills and service-oriented

6. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin);

7. A team player, enthusiastic and mature;

8. Willing to work overtime when required;
