Job Description

Functional Capabilities

(that are most critical to this position)

  • Build strategic plan of Core Brands through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape
  • Lead and support to evaluate the opportunities of core brands and drive business case for partnership decision
  • Analyze and regular update having responsibility for the market/product performance and share/report the insight from the analysis.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders at partner to ensure delivery of brand plans and promotional activities

  • Develops materials for partners to support sales effort and educate sales representatives and competitor products. 
  • Lead operation with current partners : OC/SC meetings, compliance issue fu, Lead communication for ordering, forecasting, inventory management, sales performance tracking
  • Comply AZ and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice
  • Engage cross-functional team to manage the issues related with core brands and partners

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degrees and above
  • More than 3 year experience of marketing in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in GI, Onco and Respiratory (preferred)
  • Strong drive for results with leadership
  • Strategic insight for Business planning and operation
  • Good interpersonal communication skill for project management
  • Fluent English communication skill (writing and speaking)
  • MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
