Accountability


1、Manpower planning and headcount management

  • Support HR Manager to develop annual manpower plan and headcount management;
  • Participate in recruitment interviews with line managers with support from central recruiting team;
  • Coach line manager on new employee management (e.g. probationary review etc.);

2、Implement Talent activities and process

  • Support HR manager and the business manager to identify talent;
  • Support HR manager to design talent interventions and solutions, and implement talent development activities as planned;
  • Support HR manager to provide professional HR consultation services on employee development issues;
  • Support HR manager to facilitate talent promotion/movement process in Non-Sales divisions.

3、Build performance management culture

  • Provide consultancy to business manager on performance management system implementation, process execution and issue management,
  • Co-work with Talent team to provide performance management training and advice to line manager;
  • Support business manager to implement under-performance improvement plan to improve organizational performance.

4、Management of employee relations

  • Participate in employee communication (HR policies, process etc.), team building, and promote Astellas corporate culture;
  • Advise line manager on employee issue management to ensure ER issues are smoothly resolved in line with legal and company guideline, with support from HR Manager ;
  • Act as an effective communication channel to support two-way communications between employees and Management Team.

5、Implement Compensation & Benefit communications

  • Support HR Manager to implement C&B related communications according to company guideline and policy
  • Collect and feedback C&B related issues with central C&B team

6、Achieve HR Operational Excellence

  • Ensure HR practices in non-sales divisions are fully compliant with company policies and process
  • Provide timely HR reports and documents with high data quality
  • Support central HR functions to improve HR process efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:


1、Education

  • University degree or equivalent

2、Skills

  • Good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with management and staff
  • Demonstrate courage to take a strong stand with management if required
  • Solid knowledge of legal framework for HR (e.g. local labor law and legislation)
  • High degree of results-orientated and ability to execute while multi-tasking
  • Mature and skillful in solving complex problems

3、Experience

  • Above 5 years’ working experience in HR function or relevant experience at a large organization, HRBP experience is preferred.
