Asso Manager-SOP, Demand Management Supply Chain Development

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support sales for K30 demand FCST/shipment analysis and supply information communication.

• Map out baseline of distributor supply chain management baseline in whole picture through identifying/working with representative distributors in china market.

• Develop/optimize end to end supply chain process from Kohler to End consumer through Kohler distributor.

• Deliver mandated supply chain training to improve supply chain team capability in distributor organization.

• Work out & streamline collaborative demand planning process in project and retail channel to ensure we can capture demand requirement effectively and develop reliable and balanced supply plan to fulfill demand on time.

• Monitor demand and supply fulfillment process and figure out any risks which may impact final delivery, escalate any exceptional case to upper level on time if needed.

• Evaluate the performance of working process and all parties involved and facilitate to work out corrective action plan in case we have any area for improvement.

• Lead the program of process optimization and data analysis tools improvement and development.

• Review SOP performance KPI related on demand management, including FCST accuracy, distributor demand management performance;

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

• Reports to Senior Manager-Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Management, K&B China

• Frequent contacts with Sales Managers and associates

• Frequent contacts with Marketing Department

• Frequent contact with distributors

• Contacts with Plant Supply Chain Departments

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Supply Chain.

• At least 7 years of strong supply chain optimization and/or operations experience

• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity or supply plan in supply chain function in a multinational manufacturing company.

• Proven experience in deploying/operating Demand planning and Supply Planning concepts, methodology and procedures.

• Sound knowledge and experience of ERP systems and tools

• Good analytical skill

• Passion and energy to work with team to achieve the goal
