- To review Raw Material, Packing Material and Finished Product specification and to update them from time to time.
- To help and train the personnel in implementing the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) norms in all aspects of work in the plant.
- To ensure that only trained and authorized personnel are in working on respective working position.
- To carry out review and suggest periodic training, whenever required.
- To review SOP from time to time.
- To ensure the training is delivered related to changes in the standard operating procedure (SOP), from time to time.
- To ensure coordination for the analysis of retained samples.
- To cross check the analytical work and documentation and timely releasing of analytical report.
- To ensure and review investigation report for the deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of trending) observed in the area.
- To review and ensure implementation of the change control (CCNs) wherever necessary after getting it approved from HOD.
- To support HOD and work towards to avoid complaints and rectify the loopholes in processes proactively.
- To handle the product complaint and respond to it, on receipt of the complaint.
- To analyse the report framed against the market complaint, and report the results to the HOD for review.
- To take suggestions from HOD with reference to CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and ensure its implementation within stipulated timeframe.
- To initiate and attend the quality related meetings and work towards quality culture.
