Major Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the cleanliness of area and machines before starting the mixing process.

2. To ensure availability of all raw materials including WFI required for the mixing activity.

3. To ensure availability of Batch manufacturing record before commencing the mixing activity.

4. To ensure the compliance of environmental conditions before commencing the mixing activity.

5. To ensure the line clearance from IPQA before commencing the mixing activity.

6. To record all the activities in the approved formats at the time of observation/activity is performed. 

7. To have thorough knowledge of SOP of own working area and ensure to practice it.

8. To follow clean room behaviors strictly.

9. Ensure that the PM, calibration and validation of equipment/system/facility is completed as per approved schedule. 

10. Ensure the housekeeping of the area is in controlled state.

11. Ensure all safety norms are followed in respective area.

12. Keep self and team updated about CGMP requirement.

13. Ensure completion of all required training for self as well as team.
