Job Description
Lead regional KAMs to facilitate and protect hospital access with key account to achieve business target.
- Develop hospital listing and access maintenance strategy in responsible region to drive business target (30%)
- Regular field visit with KAMs to provide coaching and further capability development (30%)
- Build relationship with decision makers and key influencers (hospital president, pharmacy director etc.) in key hospitals, local medical association and pharmacy association to build up strategic cooperation with target hospitals (20%)
- Plan and lead KAMs to Implement regional programs (10%)
- Provide daily supervision to build a highly effective and efficient team (10%)
基本资格要求
- 5 years or above KA/sales manager, 2 years’ regional sales director in pharmaceutical industry
- 5 years’ people management role
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- High results orientation and sense of personal accountability
- Customer orientation & influencing skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills
- Medical/pharmacy background preferred (broad therapeutic/product coverage)
- Previous key account management experience preference

- Bachelor degree, major in medicine/pharma preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
