To be responsible for IPQC job of XFD & Dominion line, to ensure the quality of whole production process is under control, to prevent bulk production from non-conforming batches happening. 对厦门布料生产区(XFD &Dominion line )进行过程检验, 确保生产过程中的质量得到管控, 防止大批量不合格品产生.

1. To conduct first article inspection/testing according to IPQC procedure依据过程检验规范对首件(首卷)进行检验,
2. To conduct routine testing according to IPQC procedure依据过程检验规范对生产过程进行检验;
3. To check and monitor process parameters according to process specifications依据生产规格书对生产中的工艺参数进行监控;
4. To supervise and urge continuous improvements of production department via feedback all abnormal findings during testing/inspection timely,通过反馈过程检验中的异常, 督促生产持续改进;
5.To optimize product, inspection & process specification by analysing test data通过对检验数据的分析统计, 优化产品规格、检验规范及生产控制条件;
6.To ensure testings’ accuracy by daily maintenance of test instruments and tools通过对检测设备、工具的日常维护保养, 确保其检验准确性.
7. To participate the lean & six sigma improvement project. 参与精益和六西格玛改善活动。
8. To be responsible for the area Safety 工作区域的安全负责人
Qualifications 任职资格

1. Education教育
Bachelor or above, major in Chemistry or Polymer.本科以上学历 化学或高分子专业
2. Job Experience工作经验
Minimum 1 year relevant experience至少1年以上工作经验
3. Language语言
Basic English skills in reading and writing is preferred基本的英语读写
