This Chinese law firm, associated with an English firm, is looking for a corporate commercial lawyer to join expanding office in Shanghai. You will be responsible for handing a range of corporate commercial work including foreign investment, contract drafting and reviewing, joint venture negotiation, and transactional work and project management. The ideal candidate will be PRC qualified with private practice experience in China. Experience of some or all of dispute resolution, IP, venture capital, franchising, and data protection would be highly desirable, as is overseas experience.
