This level is to play a key technical or manager role in project team, operational team or professional design team. Assure the team to achieve its goals, and toward which it makes consistent and timely progress.

1. Play a key role in projects, as a premier Designer or Project Manager.

2. Lead project design and execution, giving design directions to the project teams, control design quality. Serve as a technical design expert to the project, but generally works through staff to develop and execute design.

3. Be able to lead design in a holistic process oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to build works. Develop design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope. Develops innovative solutions to problems.

4. Lead projects that are medium in size: responsible for financial management of the project, ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.

5. Develop and maintain clients, manage the presentation and report development from clients. Play a key role in client management and keep positive client feedback and satisfaction.

6. Collaborate and co-work with other team or internal partners via excellent communication skill.

7. Mentor young designers. Work, inspire and manage a diverse team of design professionals from around the world focusing on strong communication and team leadership abilities. May work with team leaders on recruit, manage and retain key talents.

8. Proactively engage in team building and young professional development.

9. Be able to attract and recruit talent designers.

职位要求：

1. Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required, Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Planning, Urban Design, Nature Resource or Architecture preferred.

2. 8 years or above experiences in a landscape designer role, overseas work experience is preferred.

3. Proven track record of delivering projects within the industry, particularly in China.

4. Ability to capture and successfully deliver projects.

5. Proven team work and mentor skills.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with staff, co-workers and clients.

7. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
