The position will assist management in real estate investment analysis and monitoring / evaluating the full cycle of project development at a high level. The ideal candidate shall be mature, pressure-resistant, hard-working and willing to travel to overseas regions including Southeast Asia.

Job duties:

• Research: Conduct market analysis and regulation research primarily in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, and may include other regions
• Project Monitoring / Evaluation: Assist in monitoring and evaluating the full cycle of property development at a high level; work closely with different parties to prepare internal reports covering investment statistics, project progress etc.
• Land Acquisition: Assist in exploring and following up various types of land and property development opportunities primarily in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and may include other regions. Assist in carrying out feasibility studies and preparing investment calculations and reports in Chinese for internal approval.
• Perform other assignments as required

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in real estate investment, surveying, construction project management or equivalent
• Strong coordination capability to liaise with different parties to ensure timely delivery of quality outputs
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and numerical skills, fluent Mandarin is a must
• Hard-working and willing to work overtime; able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Overseas travel may be required
