Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our Accounting Team as part of the 1-year TFP program.
- Perform AP invoices vouching
- Generate intercompany back charge invoices
- Resolve discrepancies arising from invoices vouching
- Month end reconciliations, journals & accruals
- Payment & receipts clearing
- Prepare monthly payment proposal
- Recommend process improvement
- Opportunity to conduct basic sharing during team meeting
- Variance analysis in inventory, purchase price variance
- Participate in team projects (RPA, automation projects, dashboard creation etc)
- Simple costing
- Supporting internal & external audits
- Ad hoc support to other team members
- Opportunity to learn major ERP like SAP, EnterpriseOne etc
