This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Participate in the optimization management of Eaton PQ Shenzhen Main warehouse operation process, improve the overall efficiency of inbound and outbound handling, and ensure the physical inventory is consistent with the system.
• Manage and operate the system inventory of 伊顿 JD FBP and SOP stores to ensure consistency with JD warehouse inventory, and be responsible for the return and receipt of e-commerce business (including JD and T-mall) and expedite the QA rework process to improve inventory turnover.
• Handle the system inbound and outbound operations for Hong Kong operation, and manage the physical inventory of Hong Kong warehouse and the third-party logistics vendors
• According to the company's warehousing and transportation requirements, communicate and arrange delivery with third-party logistics companies and trace logistics till destination.
• Check Eaton PQ logistics bills, prepare logistics reports, analyze logistics transportation and warehousing costs to find problems and reduce overall operating costs.
• Keep monitoring various new preferential country policies and regulations, especially the import and export policies and regulations of countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• College degree or above, logistics related majors are preferred;
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in logistics related fields, logistics work experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred;
• SAP and other ERP experience, especially the MM module;
• Familiar with the relevant processes and knowledge of logistics management and supply chain management, and has business knowledge/sense and financial basic knowledge;
• Have good communication skills and be able to properly handle emergencies under compliance requirements;
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, meticulousness, and teamwork spirit;
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.
