PRIMARY FUNCTION This position will support the development and deployment of the world class Energy Management program, including both supply and demand-side energy management practices. The person in this role will drive impact-focused initiatives and contribute towards optimal conditions focused on (cost, environmental emission reductions, business continuity, and renewable energy) for energy demand management, strategic initiatives/programs and efficiencies can be identified. For more information, visit Eaton.com Job Responsibilities: •Handling Complex invoice reconciliation activities with expertise •Manage Open critical and complex Invoices to clear for payment •Preparing and presenting business Presentations •applying experties to reduce the root causes of multiple reasons of Invoice Holds •Conducting Root cause analysis and Utilize Quality tools to resolve root cause to make process simple and efficient • Initiate/Participate in CI projects for sustaining solutions and improvements. •Apply Excel and data analysis experties to prioritise actions and activities in the process •Should analyze complex invoice issues and communicate across to seek resolution for corrective pand proactive actions •Should apply expertise of interface issue in various ERPS to provide resolution of invoices, finance ERPs and Operational ERPS Qualifications Qualifications Non-Engineer Graduate or Equivalent/ Preferred Commerce 2- 3 years Relevant experience Strong stakeholder management and escalation management. Excellent knowledge with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI) SCM Functional skills in Procure to Pay Process Good communication skills to work with teams remotely Expert Knowledge of Invoice Reconciliation Requirements: Ability and willingness to objectively handle high-level operational challenges using a practical combination of traditional and innovative methods.
