This exciting role offers opportunity to: MESH PRISM Mailbox: Review emails; Respond to e-mails Remedy Incidents: Review and Resovle Incidents MESH PRISM Application Support; Resolve user queries Update Location attribute and ensure related systems are updated accordingly Add New Location/Deactivate Location in MESH PRISM Role Assignment in MESH PRISM Incident Management Update Department in MESH PRISM Incident Management Generate and communicate Monthly Missing Injury/Illness Report, Missing Working Hours Report, Task Reassignment Report Corporate MESH Assessment Validation Report to respective site Get estimated hours ahd headcount updated in system and ensure reflecting in BW reports Manage and support Automated EHS tools like Site Risk Assessment, Management Of Change, IH Metrics Management Platform based automations (Digitization) Design, manage and implement EHS reporting using Power BI Pro SharePoint Development Power BI Dashboard Design SAP Incident Management and SAB BW reporting UATs Provide Application and user support - Address EHS global user’s concerns and help them to resolve the problem, Business Calls and meetings, Internal Meetings, Stand-up Meeting, Transition Meeting etc. Corporate MESH Assessment related reporting implementation for global reporting Management of the Global MESH Corporate Assessment schedule, including the annual planning, staffing of the assessments and weekly follow up of assessment completed (including Power BI reporting updatres) 3E Chemical Database management, including the managemnet and update of locations and users for the platform. MESH Update communication. Includes the monthly generation and posting on the EHS NEws SharePoint of a Sway containing the last updates related to the EHS Complaince function (MESH Results, new power BI reports). This includes the creation of short video tutorials to help global EHS community navigate and understand the new features in the power BI Reports. SharePoint Design/update/data management, Access Management Ensure all location attribute updates are communicated to Heritage and are reflecting in system Validate month on month working hours variance and update system wherever required Publish all Scheduled Weekly/Monthly/Ad-Hoc reports on time including Global Safety slide deck for leadership review Work with the development team on enhancement efforts Support and perform testing on global SAP changes that affect EHS processes Maintain Document Repository for business and IT processes. Maintain operational procedures around supported environments Develop, construct, test and maintain database and data processing system Qualifications Requirement: BSC (Statistics) 5 years of experience, 3 years in relevant role SharePoint DevelopmentDesign, manage and implement EHS reporting using Power BI ProSAP Incident Management and SAB BW reporting UATsManage and support Automated EHS tools EfficiencyAccountabilityCustomer focus Yes!
