This position will be based in Eaton’s GFSS in Pune. The role of the individual will be to support the Global Supplier Add Change process. This position would be involved in submission of all supplier add change requests globally irrespective of the region or business unit. The position requires an understanding of multiple financial systems, workflow etc. Responsibility includes: Receive and review the request from business / user, process request within agreed SLA, track approval from business / division lead and financial service center, communicate request closure to requestor. Track supplier add / change metrics & performance with 100% accuracy and OTD Qualifications Has working knowledge of supplier master data maintenance, ERPs like SAP and Oracle Collect and maintain an effective department or divisional database which controls the workflow Audits and reviews supplier documents and provide error free information Resolve queries, addresses concern relevant to requestors, commodity leads / business approvers using the existing tools / generic mailbox and communicate with actions and resolutions Reporting of daily/monthly deliverables, Creation &updating of process documents Provide data / presentation decks for monthly customer reviews Close coordination with cross-functional operations team to ensure closure Willing to work in different shifts (based on requirement) Include the most important skills and qualities an applicant needs to have.
