This position is for the Supplier Tooling management process of the Compliance function within the GSC CoE, Pune. The person in this position primarily requires a deeper understanding of the usage of various tools required for manufacturing operations. The key responsibility of the position is to monitor & report the life of Eaton-owned tools at supplier locations on a regular basis to identify and facilitate the tool replacements and refurbishments in an efficient & timely manner through effective collaboration with Category management, Plants, and Suppliers to ensure continuity of supply to Eaton plants. To effectively deliver the responsibilities, one needs the ability to manage complex data, mainly data extraction from various internal sources, cleaning, structuring, and analysis to draw meaningful insights. Qualifications Masters / Bachelors: Engineering degree (Preferably Mechanical Engineering) with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in global SCM, align with exposure of managing tooling at manufacturing sites.
