Eaton’s North American Financial Services Division is currently seeking an Associate Analyst for Lease Accounting to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, Ohio location. Position Overview: The Lease Accounting Support Specialist for GFSS RTR Lease Accounting works as a key member of the Lease Accounting team to assist the company in achieving targeted goals. This position reports to the Lease Accounting Supervisor and has an active role in entering and updating leases in the subledger to maintain compliance with the lease accounting standard. In addition, the Lease Support Specialist responds to customer queries, provides responses to routine accounting questions, performs end of term activities, vendor invoice reconciliations and participates in continuous improvement projects. In this function you will: Enters and updates leases in the subledger Maintains updated procedure documentation Effective communication and timely resolution of customer tickets Performs vendor invoice reconciliation to subledger Able to work and communicate both international and domestic customers Actively participates in month end Participates in subledger release testing Posts manual entries to subledger Assists with correcting entries posted to subledger Performs end of lease term activities Participates in continuous improvement and special projects as assigned Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experience Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the geographic area will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
