Our client is a renowned architecture company based in Hong Kong and currently seeking for Senior Architect/Associate to handle its prestigious residential/mixed-use projects in Hong Kong.

As an associate in the team, you are responsible for feasibility study, planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the development projects. In addition, you need to timely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions. You will work with Interior Design, E&M and QA team to supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

To be a successful candidate you will have at least 6 years of work experience handling residential projects in Hong Kong. Furthermore, you are required to have excellent presentation skills and good command in Chinese and English. Recognised registered license in architectural practices (HKIA, RIBA) is also required. You will also show initiative, enthusiasm, be able to work independently and within a team environment.
