Job Description

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to supervise project team(s), organize and develop project documents from concept design through Schematic and DD stages.

  • Work with vendors to select appropriate materials that meet both aesthetic and performance requirements according to the project design.

  • Establish regular coordination meetings with client and consultants (e.g. client, architect, structures, MEP, FLS, traffic, façade, lighting, landscape, operator)

  • Facilitate team training sessions and knowledge sharing

  • Independent project presentation to client, government, or expert panel.

  • Continuous attention to new ideas, new materials, and sustainable design, with appropriate application.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree holder in Architecture. Overseas degree holder preferred.

  • At least 12 years working experience. Specific capability in the delivery of large-scale high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality projects.

  • Understanding of China high-rise code

  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and co-operation within disciplines and offices.

  • Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino. Or excellent freehand drawing ability.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin

  • Highly organized and high level of communication both written and oral.
