• Hong Kong qualified Associate level lawyer;
• 2 years or above post qualified experience in banking & finance transactions.
• Responsible for advising complex finance, project development and oil and gas trading transactions;
• Special focus on transport and energy projects such as oil and gas (including LNG) and petrochemicals;
• Direct report to senior partner;
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
