Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management, resources planning, budget controlling and technical advisory
• Monitor the quality of design and performance along with project lead of teams of engineers and other professionals
• Liaise and communicate with clients and contractors for project delivery and maintain good relationships
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Professional membership of relevant institution
• At least 12 years of working experience in MEP discipline, of which 5 years in design and project management role
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and working in a collaborative environment
• Sound knowledge of engineering fundamentals
• Good team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills and able to work with a range of project stakeholders, contractors and clients
