Key Responsibilities

Analytic activities include but not limited to:

• Address data quality issues using trend analysis, anomaly detection
• Work on large volume data, prepare Excel/PPT reports
• Knowledge of advance excel, macros is a must
• Experience of data analysis – profiling, investigating, interpreting and detailing data structures
• Root cause analysis if a pattern of incorrect mapping is discovered and provide feedback to the Business Partner
• Identify process improvements and provide recommendations for any processes
• Analysis of potential cost savings using benchmarking analysis and what-if analysis
• Collaborate with partner and provide timely insights of available data and reports
• Desirable to have experience delivering data capabilities to be integrated with BI technologies
• Experience in one or multiple programming languages will be desirable (Python, Java, R, JavaScript and SQL)

Key measures are:

• Timely and high-quality transactional data analysis to uncover any anomalies and derive business insights
• Partner management, feedback on a time to time basis
• Proactive communication with Source teams and help in issues notification and resolution
• Generate and compile important metric as and when needed

Essentials:

• Demonstrable experience of leading development and delivery of analytical workstreams
• Ability to derive insights from multi-layered data and information
• Ability to support large and complex workstreams
• Strong Microsoft Excel, data management and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

This is an office based position in Chennai, India.
