Job duties:
1. Sale and marketing for ABCI IPO deals, to develop for important clients for IPO placement, arrange NDR and all steps for placement and trading;
2. Sale and marketing and develop, be responsible for secondary equity market trading, to improve brakeage income ;
3. Preparing the credit report and good at credit analysis for internal reporting;
4. Loan arrange, negotiate and discuss with client about terms for margin loan, and complete legal documents for it;
5. Provide sales services and account maintenance job for major clients;
6. Other related jobs delivered by management.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, with professional qualification will be an advantage;
2. Holder of Representative License under SFC regulated activities for Type 1 & Type 4;
3. At least 3 years sales experience gained with investment banks or brokerage environment;
4. Strong knowledge and experience in a variety of fund raising corporate finance activities (IPO, Placement etc.);
5. Proficiency and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin;
6. Good writing for Chinese reporting;
7. Excellent client network in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, strong sales and marketing skills, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
8. Can travel to mainland often.
