Associate Business Operations Analyst

The RWS Professional Services Team provide consultive and solution expertise together with high quality technical solutions to clients that result in excellent customer satisfaction, retention and ultimately repeat revenue growth.

Supporting the Professional Services team the candidate will provide operational and financial assistance to enable the Professional Services team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.  Emphasis is on analysis & reporting, process improvement, and administrative-financial assistance together with other project related tasks.  The successful candidate requires strong communication, process and analytical skills and must be a team player. 

The candidate typically requires at least a degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and the following competencies:

• Strong Excel skills essential
• (Basic) Financial literacy essential
• Knowledge of JIRA is an advantage
• Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar techniques is an advantage
• Knowledge of Agile framework is an advantage
• Pro-active mind set – seeks opportunities for improvement and actively pursues them
• A Good Initiative is essential
