Responsibilities:

• Support buying function for Asia markets, including HK, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan
• Manage supplier contracts and item level negotiations for assigned category products.
• Setting annual / quarterly / monthly merchandising strategies, inventory levels and margin targets for assigned categories.
• Ensure orders are based on promotional strategies and satisfy customer expectation.
• Manage the weekly products reordering budget and process.
• Develop standards of in store decoration & display of products with cross-functional support from suppliers to WOW our customer.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure support from vendors to obtain win-win results.
• Ensure all team members are engaged in their job in an efficient, productive and professional manner, with a strive to continual improvement.

Requirements: 

• Tertiary education or above.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in retail buying or toys merchandising.
• Able to work independently and good in problem solving.
• Strong in numerical sense and analytical mind, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, open-minded and resourceful to work in a fast and dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
