负责Buyer的相关工作，如PO和forecast按期按要求发放给供应商，物料交期以及其它异常处理，invoice对账，协助物流和报关处理供应商的物流进出口问题，跟进和处理过期PO，在现货市场寻找可用物料，处理相关的流程和出现货订单。主要负责胶粒，压铸件和电子料。 Responsible for Buyer's related work, such as PO and forecast issuance to suppliers on time, material delivery and other exception handling, invoice reconciliation, assisting logistics and customs declaration to deal with supplier logistics import and export issues, follow up and deal with expired PO, search available inventory in open market, follow up related flow and place PO. Mainly responsible for resin, dia casting and a small part of electronic and electrical materials. A 生产所需物料的交期跟进；Follow up the delivery date of materials required for production; B 掌握物料的来料及生产需求状况；Monitor the incoming materials and production demand status of materials; C 监控物料交货进度，协调相关部门，及时解决各类交货延误；Monitor the progress of material delivery, coordinate with relevant departments, and resolve various delivery delays in a timely manner; D 出现物料供应异常，及时联系供应商及相关部门；If there is an abnormal material supply, contact the supplier and related departments in time; E 根据生产计划变更及时调整相应的物料交货计划；Adjust the corresponding material delivery plan in time according to the production plan changes; F 物料供应状况的回顾和跟催；Review and follow-up of material supply status; G 订单及时处理；Order processing in time; H 付款问题的跟进；Follow up payment issues; I 能提出改善方案和合理化建议; Can propose improvement plans and shinning suggestion; J 上司安排的其它临时工作；Other temporary work arranged by the management team; K 遵守工厂的安全保护规则制度以及积极参与公司持续改善项目，遵守公司节能要求 Complain with the factory’s safety protection rules and systems, actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement projects, and comply with the company’s energy conservation requirements Qualifications 3年以上采购跟单经验，在外资公司工作过的更好；More than 3 year experience in purchasing (buyer), work in foreign company will be better. 较强的沟通能力, 能承担压力；Strong communication skills, able to bear pressure; 熟练运用办公软件；be skillful to use MS 英语 读、写流利, 能说更好; Fluently in English reading and writing, fluently speaking will be better.
