REQ1623 Associate, Casino Services (Open)

Position Summary

The Associate, Casino Services plays an important role in heart of house premium & casino marketing team. The Associate, Casino Services is responsible to contact the targeted / potential businesses or private individual player by telephone in order to promote City of Dreams Casino Marketing packages or services. Assist the hospitality / client services team on making any necessary prearrangement and requests for the players (i.e. reservations, travel arrangement) to ensure the hassle-free travel of the players.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Have full understanding of products, make strategically outbound and inbound telemarketing call (operate 24 hours);
  • Prearrange and coordinate with respective department / team to arrange the accommodations and requests for the expected arrival players (i.e., Room reservations, travel arrangement, F&B)
  • Scheduling and rostering of Premium & Casino Marketing Team
  • Handle administrative activities in a timely and complete manner;
  • Assist in performing periodic data analysis and reporting to discover the trends and members' preference;
  • Assist arranging event settings for premium players
  • Works with related departments to ensure the hassle-free stay for premium players
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assign by Assistant Manager, Casino Services

Experience

  • One year or above relevant experience in sales and promotion field, preferably in casino marketing
  • Previous telemarketing sales or outbound sales is an advantage
  • Displays a high commitment to improving customer service
  • Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
  • Encourages people to work as a team
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances

Education

  • Tertiary Qualifications

Skills / Competencies

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese essential, Mandarin highly regarded
  • Ability to converse in foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant and mature disposition
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Able to work under pressure and result driven
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Has strong phone presence
  • A team player
