Responsible for capturing data from various sources into the system for data analytics

Job Responsibilities:

• Process data capturing for all Major and Minor claims requests received as per stipulated requirements

• Ensure meeting personal quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark

• Prepare training materials and provide training to new joiners on data capturing process.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and equivalent

• Language: Spoken and written in Chinese and English

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Self-motivated and customer orientated

• Sound problem solving

• Time management skills

• Computer literate in MS Office

• Able to commit for long working hour including weekend and public holiday
